Payment 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We only except Venmo or Zelle payments. Please email me at mark.matthew@uspeptideresearch.com Tell me which items you'd like to purchase. I will create a purchase order and email you an invoice. When I receive your payment, I'll send you an updated email with your shipping info including your tracking number.

Q: Are your peptides for human consumption?
A: No. All peptides sold by US Peptide Research are strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic applications. They are designed for in-vitro research and laboratory studies.

Q: Who can purchase research peptides?
A: Our peptides are available to qualified researchers, academic institutions, laboratories, and individuals conducting legitimate research. By purchasing, you acknowledge that products are for research use only.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Your order will be shipped within 2 business days by USPS.

Q: How are peptides packaged for shipping?
A: Peptides are shipped in insulated packaging. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We do not ship international.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of research peptides, we do not except any returns.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
A: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Q: Do you offer refunds for products that don't meet specifications?
A: No. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Account & Privacy

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: Yes. You need to create an account. An account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and access order history.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we offer volume discounts for bulk orders and wholesale accounts for qualified institutions and researchers. Please contact us for pricing information.

  • Are prices per vial?

    Yes, all of our prices are per vial.

  • How do your products arrive?

    All of our products are sold as a hydrolyzed powder that can be reconstituted by the customer. We do not provide any additional products beyond our powdered research peptides.
